Welcome to SWEAT, Stockton's newest fitness facility offering indoor cycling, group exercise, boot camps and individualized personal training. Our equipment is unique, allowing us to design core-centric, balance-challenging, functional movement-based programs to enhance the activities of your daily life. We offer a series of innovative workouts which complement each other in order to offer you a workout regimen that is flexible, spontaneous and most of all FUN! SWEAT provides classes that reach every fitness level from novice to the professional athlete. Whether you are looking for a fresh, new way to exercise, cross train, or get a leg up on your competitor and exceed your current level of fitness, SWEAT is here to help you reach your goals and motivate you to keep setting new ones.

The following are some of the regular classes we offer:

    o 12 Days of Fitness
    12 day class that gradually increases with intensity

    o Circuit Bootcamp Keep moving and break through plateaus with this 45 second timed interval based workout. Various pre-determined stations designed to work your entire body. *All levels welcome

    o ExtremeRyde 90 minutes RealRYDER Cycle Classes Two times more cardio, twice the fun, 100% more calories burned...the class style will vary for this 90 minute extreme Ryde! *All levels welcome

    o HIIT Bootcamp Feel the burn with this fast paced, intense, 4 minute Tabata based workout. Exercises are performed for 8 non-stop rounds at 20 seconds intervals of work followed by a brief 10 seconds rest period. *All levels welcome

    o JoyRyde RealRYDER Cycle Classes Kick back and enjoy the Ryde. Don't be fooled though...you will be challenged! Wide range of techniques from intervals, sprints, climbs, and more! *Great for beginners and intermediate but all levels welcome.

    o KangooBASICS Kangoo Jump Classes This class is geared toward introducing basic Kangoo Jump movements and curriculum. We will start with a warm-up by introducing several moves. After the basics are learned, we will go into a 15 minute non-stop routine. We highly recommend taking KangooBASICS at least two times to get acquainted with our program. *A beginner class for new clients or those new to Kangoo Jumps*A beginner class for new clients or those new to Kangoo Jumps
    o KangooDANCE
    Kangoo Jump Classes - So much fun you'll forget you are working out! This class incorporates some of the new and old school dance moves into a high energy, high intensity, cardio workout. *All levels welcome

    o KangooKICK Kangoo Jump Classes - A twist to the kickboxing classes you've seen 100 times. We incorporate blocks, kicks and punches in a fun and energetic way that will leave you waiting in anticipation for your next KangooKICK workout. *All levels welcome

    o KangooTONE Kangoo Jump Classes - You will never go back to traditional aerobics once you've experienced the Kangoo Jumps! This class puts the FUN in functional. Tone up, slim down, and play hard! *All levels welcome

    o KettlebellBASICS Kettlebell Classes - This class is geared toward introducing basic Kettlebell movements and curriculum. We will start with a dynamic warm-up by introducing several moves. After the basics are learned, we will go into a 15 minute non-stop routine. We highly recommend taking KettlebellBasics at least two times to get acquainted with our program. *A beginner class for new clients or those new to Kettlebells

    o KettlebellKORE Kettlebell Classes - This class will challenge you to the KORE! Build your core strength in this 30 minute core focused class. Can you handle it? *All levels welcome

    o KettlebellSWEATmax Kettlebell Classes - This kettlebell class is an awesome full body workout designed to increase functional strength, gain lean muscle mass, lose weight, and improve cardiovascular endurance. *All levels welcome o LastChanceWorkout
    Bootcamp Last Chance Workout, SWEAT style, is your last opportunity to burn calories! A heart pounding interval routine performed for 30 seconds with a 15-20 second rest break. Uses a set of weighs and kettlebells. The workouts are high intensity however, we encourage you to go at your own pace. *All levels welcome

    o OpenRyde RealRYDER Cycle Classes - Bring your iPod and get up to 2 hours of self-guided riding! Great for bike clubs or the off-season athlete who needs to work on cadence endurance or, as a way to stay in peak condition! *Not for beginners

    o PartyRyde RealRYDER Cycle Classes - No pressure here, just fun, sweat and optional singing. Designed to add a whole new range of motions through steering and turning that will work your legs, upper body and core muscles groups. 45 min * All levels welcome

    o RaceRyde RealRYDER Cycle Classes - Bring out the competitor in you. Get ready to race against your fellow classmates! We've designed a series of races, timed intervals and sprints as a way for YOU to push yourself to new limits! *Not recommended for beginners

    o RealRyde RealRYDER Cycle Classes - Like the wind in your face when you Ryde on the open road? So do we! In this Ryde, we will get you as close as possible. Experience the twists and turns and the ups and downs of the road without watching out for cars. Fun, challenging and REAL. *All levels welcome

    o SpeedRyde RealRYDER Cycle Classes - Satisfy your need for speed in this all sprint 45 minute Ryde. Can you handle it? *All levels welcome
