
Whether you are currently living in a body that has many limits or you have been working out your whole life you will be challenged by this yoga. Bikram yoga is a fun, challenging, engaging and rewarding 90 minute yoga series performed in a heated room. The series is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises suitable for all ages and all levels of ability. These postures work synergistically and cumulatively to bring health and vitality to the body and mind.
The physical benefits and tools you gain in the yoga room will transcend into your personal life giving you freedom of body and mind that will extend to those around you. We make no promise that the yoga will be easy but it will be easy enough for you to get started and begin the life changing process. Our instructors will inspire you to do your best.

Bikram Yoga of Stockton, located on the Miracle Mile, is an affiliate of the Yoga College of India. Owner, Helena Monica, says that her goal is to build a community of practitioners who share her passion for Bikram Yoga.
